Part of our mission is to help these bakers find a path toward having a small business that they can invest in and enjoy more self-sufficiency for the longterm. We are piloting this program in Cleveland, MO with hopes that it can be replicated nationwide and perhaps worldwide.

Members will get a baked good delivered each week that is guaranteed to be freshly baked within 2 days before delivery
Open CJ's Test Bakery
Invite taste testers (tasters) onsite to get feedback about tastes and what tasters would like to see

Create training videos for affiliate bakers to learn

Get recipe's mass produced so that affiliate bakers will not need to do as much measuring themselves.
Research acoustical solutions to aid bakers who have sensory integration and struggle with loud sounds
Host a convention for affiliate bakers to meet each other and have some friendly competition.

Host a baking Olympics for people who have sensory integration concerns

Develop a leadership team to sustain CJBake.com beyond the lifespan of the founders.
Prepare the next generation of leaders including those with sensory integration issues as key leaders, bringing their unique perspectives to the business.
