What is a test bakery?

As we develop recipes and systems for preparing them  we start at our home in Cleveland, MO. Once we have a recipe perfected, we do a test run at our test bakery to ensure that we can produce the same results in a different setting. We use this process to better understand how accessible our process is for other bakers.

Nothing is sold that is made at the test kitchen, it is simply a place to validate our methods derived from our home kitchen before scaling up to the commercial kitchen.

We are partnering with Bulldog Coffee House in Cleveland, MO to prepare commercially baked goods in their facility for sale at retail locations. The details are still being hammered out, but we are excited about the chance to work with the good people at Bulldog and further their endeavors to spread the joy of good coffee while helping dogs that need good homes.
